The best part is seeing their increased confidence and belief in themselves to reach new levels. Costa Mesa, CA LearningRx Review

I was so blown away by LearningRx and the amazing results they achieve for their clients when I first connected with them in a networking group. I knew I wanted to be a part of what they were doing and now, I’m the assistant director. Watching our clients shift as they go through our brain training programs and close the gap on their learning struggles is so fulfilling. The best part is seeing their increased confidence and belief in themselves to reach new levels. Leanne D.

Just what the doctor ordered! LearningRx San Antonio NW, TX Review

My experience with LearningRx – San Antonio North West was just what the doctor ordered! I had been having some challenges remembering all of the content I was required to know for my continuing education requirements for my professional line of work — things like nutrition biochemistry and functional anatomy, various periodization techniques, etc. I’d tried some digital-based stand alone products but they just didn’t provide the individualized level of service that I needed. Going through the training was one of the most challenging, yet rewarding experiences I’ve ever had and, while I still struggle with some of those chemical bonds, my memory has increased tremendously and it’s beginning to have a positive impact in all areas of life. LearningRx provides a safe, respectful, challenging and fun environment. You learn how to learn. It serves as an adjunct to the education setting and makes subject learning more efficient and easier. I enjoyed my training so much I joined their team! Cheryl...

Thanks for raising our expectations. LearningRx Shoreview, MN Review

Here are some highlights of the progress our daughter made during her enrollment at Learning Rx: Is it common for parents of children with cognitive skills difficulties to be uncertain of their own ability to help their child and uncertain of their child’s ability to change? I don’t know; but this described us, so we asked a lot of questions before enrolling our daughter in Learning Rx. Lindsey, the director of the Learning Rx in Vadnais Heights (now located in Shoreview), patiently answered them. Cory, another staff member, did the assessment, and we could see on paper what we were experiencing at home and why. Steadily, Learning Rx principles have shown us not only that our daughter can think better and become more independent (in multiple areas of her life), but also that we could teach and guide her more effectively . –Around the first week of training, our 6th-grade daughter returned her penmanship to normal size (in frustration, she had reverted to pre-school size). –During the next few months, she told me she was distracted during free reading and exactly what caused it. (This display of initiative was brand new!) The distraction was socially-related: thinking of her friends whenever she encountered their beginning initials in the book she was reading. This signal, along with her trainer Steve’s bringing to her (and our) attention other hindrances and helping her overcome them, alerted us to the social-emotional difficulties Hannah has, and their relationship to her academic-cognitive difficulties. Armed with this knowledge, we completed social cognition curricula at home, and she retained and applied the concepts well. Her trainers held her accountable for positive learning behaviors, and Libby, then-Director of First Impressions, always had a listening ear for her good news. –After four months or so, she began learning and playing more complex games at home. She more consistently performed math operations, including fractions and decimals, correctly. We are not as hesitant to introduce a new game, math concept, or task at home, fearing the result or reaction; we are more confident and so is she. The time spent with her trainers in math, logic & reasoning, and strategy paid off. –As far as flexible thinking and more mature answers during school subjects (we are homeschoolers): improvements were evident. Thanks, Steve & Noah (trainers), for raising our expectations. We were so used to giving up or giving in. –Her trainers patiently led her through reading comprehension activities, which continued during math and logic time. I learned these strategies during my observation times and was inspired to make sure she was reading whole books, in order, and understanding them. In addition to her free reading, Bible and youth group reading, and regular curriculum, during her time at Learning Rx, she tackled 5 grade-level fiction and non-fiction books. My husband and I are doing better at challenging her comprehension, and she is taking more responsibility for it by asking questions. –We are thankful we started our journey into solving the mysteries of our daughter’s learning problems at Learning Rx. We got to the root of many issues and became more alert teachers and parents, as well as Hannah becoming a more confident student and life-long learner. The staff at Learning Rx is very special to us. “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1). The season of cognitive skills training was a gift from God and we are very thankful. Kay...

His reading skills improved enormously. LearningRx Maple Grove, MN Review

We enrolled our grandson into the program without any great expectations. We knew and know that he has tremendous learning shortcomings and consequently did not set our expectations too high. As he progressed through the course we started noticing visible changes. His ability to focus improved, not drastically, but certainly noticeably. His reading skills improved enormously. More importantly he started gaining confidence because he did not feel left behind as much as he does in his normal school life. Highly recommend this program to kids who struggle with short attention spans. Very appreciative of his instructor Evan Kuder. Dean...
