After a few weeks with Learning Rx, I could tell a difference in his attitude toward learning. Shreveport, LA LearningRx Review

My son would cry every evening during homework time. He was frustrated and discouraged. After a few weeks with Learning Rx, I could tell a difference in his attitude toward learning. He is now willing to try new problems and his confidence is soaring. The staff are sweet and very knowledgeable. We love Learning Rx. Mel C.

I have seen a transformation in him that I have never seen before. LearningRx Eagan, Minnesota Review

I am extremely excited to share my story with you, and I hope others will benefit from this. Over the years during high school, my son Luke was diagnosed with ADD and had a 504 plan and an IEP. He hated school, and never did the homework or studied. Testing showed that he was very smart, even scoring superior in several categories. High school was a constant struggle. Homework was never done, and if it was, it was often not turned in. The ADD meds, the 504 plan and the IEP didn’t really seem to help him much, but he did graduate high school and went on to college. Last year, he started college, and simply found he wasn’t ready. He withdrew and came home. We (his parents) as well as Luke were heartbroken. We said he could try something else. But he insisted that all he wanted to do was graduate from college. These are the turning points in their lives that you really want to get right, and as a parent, you so hope you do. Well, we found out about LearningRX and we decided to meet with them and learn more. I have to say that when we met with Rich, the owner of the LearningRX, we all somehow felt at peace and at home there. We really felt like the program could help him and give him what he needed: the brainpower and the confidence to get through college. (Tests found that his long-term and short-term memory, as well as his processing skills, needed much improvement.) We decided to sign Luke up for the program. During the first two weeks of LearningRX, we noticed a big change. Some things were completely unexpected. Luke was starting to smile more, and he was chatting with me more than ever. His grandma, aunts and cousins all commented to me that it seemed like something was changing. He was more gregarious than ever! His confidence soared, and you could visibly see it every day. He went to LearningRX three times per week, and he never once complained. On the contrary; he couldn’t wait to go! And, it was an hour drive each way. He adored his teachers – they do an amazing job of finding the right people to teach. His most recent teacher was Julie. (Luke got a job so had to change schedules, so had a couple different teachers.) I cannot say enough good things about her. I can tell you I am 100% confident she genuinely cared about his outcome and put all her effort into helping him succeed. We got the test results at the end of the program and they were great, but that’s not what really mattered to me. What mattered to me was success at college. He started up at college again just a few weeks ago. Yesterday I found out that he is going to the library every single night to do his homework and study. (Have I mentioned I’ve almost never seen him do homework or study while in high school?) I have seen a transformation in him that I have never seen before, and I cannot thank LearningRX enough for what they did for my son. I will be forever grateful to all the wonderful and caring people at LearningRX.   Stephanie...

We would definitely recommend LearningRX! Shoreview, MN Review

My son is 14, was diagnosed with ADHD in Kindergarten and has struggled with organization and staying on top of his homework assignments in grade school and middle school. We had concerns about this impacting his performance going into high school, and a friend at work recommended LearningRX. His initial assessment indicated that he struggles with processing speed, which is one of the factors affecting his focus and follow-through. They suggested brain training and study skills to help. He started over the summer and will finish in December. He has had a wonderful experience – he always looks forward to the sessions with Kevin and the exercises that are focused on his processing speed. Kevin is so friendly and really knows how to connect with our son and make their time productive and positive. His grades this year have been good, and he strongly feels that his performance on tests in math and science have been improved in terms of completion time and quality of results with the training he has received. We have seen him take more ownership of his work, and are very grateful for the skills he obtained in the program. We would definitely recommend LearningRX! C....

Tremendous progress was made. LearningRx Akron-Bath, OH Review

My son, Paul, has had a cognitive disability in rational processing and reading comprehension from birth. Throughout his public school years he worked 2-3 times as long as the other students in his classes to complete homework assignments. In Paul’s tailored program, here at LearningRx, his trainer, Andrew, pinpointed those specific areas of weakness and worked really hard to eliminate these barriers. Compared to his test results before beginning his LearningRx program, tremendous progress was made in both areas as seen in the Woodcock Evaluation Instrument presented today in the program review session. I am anxious to see Paul’s new confidence and cognitive skills at work as he returns to college to complete his bachelor’s degree. Gary...

The best investment for our child’s future! LearningRx San Antonio NE, TX Review

I first learned about LearningRX About a year before we inquired about it. I saw Gina on the San Antonio living Show where she was describing some of the reasons kids struggle in school and how the program is set up to help. Our daughter was struggling at School, forgetting her books or homework daily and we were having to keep reminding her on what it was she needed to do. Fast forward a year, we finally decided to get her evaluated. The results were surprising. Signing up for the program was the best investment for our child’s future. The first improvements we noticed were to her self esteem and confidence. Her work and academic performance has also improved significantly. She is taking AP classes at school and has made honor roll all semesters. Attention and memory were two of our main concerns when she started the program, she is not as easily distracted as she was before. Her trainer Christy has been awesome. She is supportive and encouraging. Without this program, we are not sure where our daughter would be academically at this time. The one on one training sessions and the way the program is divided focuses on the areas that the student is struggling with. The skills she has learned at Learning RX will carry her thru life. Ms. Gina and Ms. Kathy are so easy to work with. They truly care for their students. N....
