My name is Angel. When I started going to LearningRx I thought I wouldn’t like it. My first training wasn’t easy, but I kept telling myself what my grandma always told me: Never give up. Since the first day, I was determined to not give up. My trainer was awesome to work with. She had the patience and did not give up on me. All of the workers at LearningRx are the most caring workers for people like me. For allt he other people who need help like I did, I could say so many good things about all of the people at LearningRx, but I’ve got to go pack up my things in an old suitcase and smile, smile, smile,...

My child Dominic came to LearningRx for reading skills, he also gained a lot of different skills that he can use throughout his learning experience. The one-on-one trainer was very persistent with him, he treated him with respect and gained Dominic’s trust. Dominic is reading a lot better since he started LearningRx, he can pronounce words now. He struggled in class and felt shame. He now has the confidence to succeed. Thanks LearningRx and to the trainer, job well done.

Blessed with the love of literature, our sweet and well-focused preschooler could sit for hours gazing at picture books, listen intently to story upon story, and never tire of devouring more words to satiate her appetite for language. However, the opposite held true for most activities related to math. Our story began to naturally unfold over ten years ago when I consistently noticed the struggle and frustration Ashley experienced whenever she attempted to solve anything related to numbers, spatial awareness, order, patterns, etc. Ideas often held throughout lessons, but application of steps eluded her when it came time to complete a test or apply understanding to real-life situations. As a military family who moves around more often than we care to admit, homeschooling offered the perfect solution to meet the needs of our team while allowing me to hold the role of a professional educator once again. Only this time my payment would be measured in quality time with my children! Researching math curriculums soon became my part-time job in order to find the perfect match for Ashley. Unfortunately, she cried and fussed through Singapore K-1, Saxon 2, Horizons 3-6, then Saxon 7. This past year she has smiled and sailed through Teaching Textbooks 7, with 8 in progress. But how can that be after all the torturous years and drama of having to “get through math” every day? Since God’s timing is perfect, we faithfully believe He unexpectedly uprooted us from our comfort zone in Omaha, NE last summer to move us to Barksdale AFB in order to be united in effort with the dynamic and incredible brain training only LearningRx can offer! The rigorous and consistent training “unlocked” those stubborn pathways that always seemed to leave Ashley in the dark and diminished her confidence in math. After six months of working with Joan, our daughter chooses to complete her math lessons as her first subject every morning! Because she repeated 7th grade math with a different curriculum, she’s also consistently completed 2-3 lessons every day in order to get back on track to begin Algebra 1 for high school next year. For the first time in her life, she’s actually enjoying math and has straight A’s in this subject. Her self-confidence has rocketed, and her mental math skills have soared. Clearly this transformation has been amazing to witness! Praise God for His wisdom and provision. Thank you to ALL the diligent trainers, administrators, and leaders at LearningRx. You have made the greatest and most positive impact on our daughter’s academic journey, thus far. We are forever indebted to your essential services, and we love to tell everyone we encounter how blessed we are by...
